A short family type pilgrimage tour for a spiritual "city break tour" to always our favorite Lourdes with amazing Paris.
In six days in France, you can experience a "journey" in the full meaning of the word! Enjoy the prayers echoing the valley of Lourdes & the Sanctuary of Lourdes, Shrine of Immaculate Conception! The train ride across France to Paris, TGV bullet train, and in a few hours, you are in the City Of Light, in Paris.

DAY 1 – DEPARTURE from your city airport
Board transatlantic flight to Lourdes via Paris, arrival to France following morning.Bienvenue aux pelerins!
DAY 2 – ARRIVAL TO FRANCE, LOURDES
At the Lourdes airport driver will meet you holding the sign: BLUE HEART TRAVEL. Transfer to hotel in Lourdes; check-in. Free time until dinner at the hotel. Same evening candlelight procession to Our Lady of Immaculate Conception. Your first night at the hotel in Lourdes.
DAY 3 – LOURDES - guided tour
Tour of the Shrine of about 2,5 hours, visiting the Grotto of Massabielle where the Blessed Virgin appeared 18 times to Bernadette Soubirous in 1858. The group will also see The Baths, The Basilica of Immaculate Conception with Crypt, which is underneath and was the first chapel built here as a place of worship, also Rosary Basilica, Church of St. Bernadette. A visit will then continue with the town Lourdes, the visit to all of the places associated with St. Bernadette. The Bolly Mill on Rue Bernadette Soubirous, where the saint was born on January 7th, 1844 and it is the place where she spent the first years of her life. The group will also visit “Cachot” or the jail where Bernadette lived with her family in great poverty at the time of the apparitions. Return to the Sanctuary area for lunch on your own. Free afternoon until dinner, and in the evening you can participate in Candlelight Marian Procession starting each day at 9:00 pm. Dinner and overnight in Lourdes.
DAY 4 – LOURDES, spend the day as you like it!
Today you will be on your own in Lourdes! Time for Holy Mass, Confession, The Way of The Cross, emerging yourself in Lourdes water. Baths are visited daily by thousands of pilgrims. Shopping in Lourdes bookstore, lunch break can come in the afternoon in the upper town square, maybe a visit to the Lourdes Castle for some great photos of the entire Sanctuary with the basilica! The day could become too short for all one pilgrim can do here...
DAY 5 – LOURDES - PARIS by train (or if you prefer we can book you a flight to the City of Light)
Today early morning transfer to Lourdes Train Station. TGV bullet train to Paris, to the City of Lights, where you arrive about 6 hours later!
In the afternoon your private driver will meet you at the Paris Montparnasse Train Station and take you to your hotel. In Paris, your stay in the hotel is on a bed and breakfast basis, so dinner tonight will be on your own in one of the charming and busy Parisienne restaurants, "brasseries" "cafe's".....offering a glass of great wine! Salute!
DAY 6 – PARIS - private guided tour when you feel like a "Royal"
This morning at 9:30 am – the guide and your private driver will meet you at the hotel's lobby holding the sign: Blue Heart Travel following the panoramic city tour of Paris of 4 hours. Private car with the English speaking guide for 3 hours, few stops for photos, Eiffel tower, Concorde Square, Champs-Elysées, Notre Dame, “Sacre Coeur” Basilica, chance to enjoy private guide just for yourselves….free afternoon for lunch and additional visits to endless museums, churches, and of course shops on your own. Carpe Diem pilgrims!
DAY 7 – PARIS
Free time in Paris to be spent on your own!
DAY 8 – PARIS - departure FLIGHT BACK HOME
In the morning, the driver will meet you at the hotel's lobby, private transfer to CDG airport, and flight back home.
